Judith Jacobs – Art Editor
Black and white art that reproduces well in all media are what we need for our print issues but we also need the occasional color art for the cover. Click any thumbnail in the 3W Art Gallery on our webpage to see some previously published artwork.
We prefer clearly-labeled jpegs attached to an email message (1-3 pieces). Include in the message your name and snail mail address along with the title of the artworks and the type of media. Jpegs should be 5-6 inches on the longest side. Our magazine is printed in a 6 X 9 inch format so portrait, rather than landscape works best for us.
Pixel resolution should be as close to 300 dpi as possible. The Web standard resolution of 72 dpi is not acceptable for printed images.

Publication Rights:
By submitting work to Third Wednesday, the author grants us First Right to publish the work in print and electronically (on our blog site). All copyrights revert to the creator upon publication.
Payment:
We are a token paying market (for the print editions only), usually $3 for each accepted piece.
