When I arrived in 1971, Larry, I learned what a sun light you were in this new to me Michigan poetry community. True then. Even sunnier over the years. Thank you for you. 🥂❤️🌸 Jack Ridl
These remarks, and a few others I’ve received, make it sound as if everything was worth it. At times, most writers must wonder why they bother or look for evidence of their worth. I see how a life as a creator, writing, pictures, acting, ceramics, must first satisfy something the the artist, and looking back, I’m a happy camper.
